Order processing

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day. Customers should provide a complete address, active UAE phone number and clear building or villa details.

Returns

For hygiene and safety, opened, used or unsealed cosmetics are normally not eligible for return unless faulty, damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied. Contact the store promptly with the order number and clear photos.

Damaged or incorrect items

Keep the original packaging and report the issue before discarding any item. After review, the store may arrange replacement, refund or another suitable resolution.
